IASMEN is a global Society devoted to the development of improved nutritional care for surgical patients in all operating specialties by fostering and supporting research in the fields of clinical nutrition and metabolism. It attracts surgeons from all over the world.

 

IASMEN is an Integrated Society in the International Society of Surgery (ISS/SIC) and holds a biennial congress with the International Surgical Week ISW (World Congress of Surgery) arranged by all integrated societies within the ISS/SIC.
