Membership Application
The standardized application form for active membership must be submitted to the Membership Committee of IASMEN.
The application form must be accompanied by:
- Current curriculum vitae including publications.
- The e-mail addresses of two sponsors who must be members of the International Society of Surgery (ISS/SIC).
Copies of your application will be sent to the two sponsors to provide their confirmation by email. The Membership Committee shall review the application and make a recommendation for membership. The Committee has the right to accept or reject application for membership in the Association. The IASMEN office shall process all relevant documentation and inform the new member and the ISS/SIC office when the application is approved.
Please complete the form below to apply for IASMEN membership. Together with the completed form you must submit your CV and List of Publications. Two ISS/SIC Members (check Directory) must support your application. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.
